DESCRIPTION:Präsentiert von: Keep it a Secret DIY \n\n\n\nPUBLIC SERPENTS are a loud\, politically-infused\, skacore six piece out of New Jersey (USA)\, fronted by Skwert Gunn- of New York City’s seminal squat punk band Choking Victim- and featuring a curated lineup of the most talented musicians we could find from around the globe. \n\n\n\nThe fast-paced\, hard-touring\, crack-rock-steady standard has released two full length albums\, splits with both UpperDowner and Fat Wreck Chords signees Escape From The Zoo\, and appeared on numerous compilation albums and even a video game soundtrack since their 2008 debut.  \n\n\n\nPublic Serpents has taken the stage everywhere from the world-reknowned ones of festivals like Boomtowne Fair\, Rebellion\, & Manchester Punk Fest to the handmade-with-love stages of the DIY spots and squats of Spain\, Austria\, and the Navajo Nation. Their name has appeared on lineups alongside such legendary bands as The Slackers\, The Suicide Machines\, Pennywise\, Rancid\, Lambrini Girls\, The Rumkicks\, & Frank Turner\, to name just a few. \n\n\n\n2025 will see the band briefly touring the Southwestern United States from Los Angeles to Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas before embarking on their fourth EU/UK tour where they’ll rock out on NINE festival stages (including Boomtown (ENG)\, Exit Fest (SRB)\, Club Monteparadiso (HR)\, Munky Pride (LV)\, Punk W Doline (PL)\, BLB Fest (IT)\, Muhlen Madness (DE)\, and more!) among 13 straight weeks of club shows in between. \n\n\n\nLYINK ist ein genreübergreifendes Projekt an der Schnittstelle von Dark Pop\, Industrial\, Metal und alternativer Elektronik. Die Musik kombiniert rohe\, emotionale Vocals mit schweren Synths\, verzerrten Texturen und cineastischen Soundlandschaften. In den Texten verarbeitet Sänger Alex dunkle Erlebnisse aus seiner Kindheit\, die seine Persönlichkeit heute noch prägen. Themen wie Depressionen\, Wut\, Unterdrückung\, Misshandlungen und Selbstsabotage sind durchaus oft ein Thema. Lyink stellt sich auf die Seite der Menschen\, die an sich zweifeln und Angst davor haben\, sich auszusprechen\, die vielleicht auch eine schwere Kindheit erleben mussten und mit solchen Themen täglich zu kämpfen haben. Lyink ist der ständige Kampf mit sich selbst und die Kunst darin\, sich nicht aufzugeben.  \n\n\n\nGegründet mit dem Anspruch\, Musik nicht nur hörbar\, sondern fühlbar zu machen\, steht LYINK für eine dystopische Ästhetik\, urbane Melancholie und eine kompromisslos-künstlerische Haltung.
